Where can I buy your products?

You can purchase Jar of Edmonds products at:

  • Food Festivals: We regularly attend food festivals across the UK
  • Local Markets: We trade at various farmers' markets and artisan markets
  • Direct Sales: Occasionally available for direct purchase at approved locations

We do not offer online ordering with shipping or delivery. All products must be collected in person at the time of purchase.

Can I pre-order for collection at an event?

Yes! We offer pre-orders for collection at select events:

Important: If you cannot collect your pre-order at the agreed time, please contact us as soon as possible. Uncollected pre-orders may result in forfeiture of payment.

What are your allergen policies?

We take food safety and allergen awareness very seriously:

Common Allergens: Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:

  • Nuts (including tree nuts and peanuts)
  • Dairy (milk, butter, cream)
  • Gluten (wheat, barley, rye)
  • Eggs

How long do your products stay fresh?

Our products are handcrafted and made fresh for each event. Shelf life varies by product:

  • We will provide storage instructions and best-before dates at the time of purchase
  • Some products are best consumed on the day of purchase, while others may last several days or weeks when stored properly
  • Always follow the storage instructions provided to ensure maximum freshness and quality

If you have questions about a specific product's shelf life, please ask us at the time of purchase.

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

No, we do not offer delivery or shipping services. All products must be collected in person at food festivals, markets, or approved collection points.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Due to the nature of handcrafted food products, we cannot accept returns once you have left our stall.

However, if there is an issue with your purchase (damaged, incorrect item, or food safety concern), please notify us immediately before leaving our stall so we can resolve it on the spot.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

We aim to offer a variety of products, and some may be suitable for specific dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan). Please ask us about our current product range and ingredients at the time of purchase.

We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination in our kitchen.
